Soul Food

If you've looked at this blog at least twice, then you're probably aware of what I've been eating.  They call this "The twenty pound mission".  Yikes- and I'm half way there!  So, I have decided to improve nourishing my body, and my soul.  These are a few guest speakers I have had the privilege to hear and meet.  Honestly, I did not have a clue as to who they were until I met them.  I know that they have had a remarkable influence on many, perhaps even you.  If so, please share.

Celebrating Birthdays

Gelukkige Verjaardag, Feliz Cumpleanos, and Happy Birthday to my many Gemini friends and family!  Another year has come and gone?  I'm no longer "twenty-one again"!  That's okay, I don't mind.

Life keeps getting better, brighter, and fuller!  (Is that even a real word?)  Regardless, life is full of surprises, lessons, and blessings- tender mercies all around.  This year, I truly have to count my many blessings, and thank God for these wonderful learning experiences, and opportunities to cultivate amazing friendships.  To my friends and family at home, I love you and thank you for your love and support!  You are my blessings and I am eternally grateful!

Do you have a "Happy Place" where, upon arrival, you instantly smile, feel peace, and joy?  If you don't, I suggest you discover or create one.  Here are a few places my friends shared with me.  They have become my happy places too!  Please share your favorite spots, and when you're in this area, you can visit these places.  Enjoy, find peace, and yes, be happy!

May 30, 2013  Zone C Activity- Hike

Fresh air, exercise, and a beautiful hike from beginning to end!  It was so much fun, that I returned about a week later.  This time it was with a few sister missionaries...and a large youth group.

We made it to the top!
