Happiness is finding art in unexpected places.

Well, actually, one expects to find art in a museum, but I didn't expect to find a museum so close to where I live! Allow me to introduce you to my new favorite place “off campus”. It is called The Leonardo – An interactive Sci+Tech+Art Museum! (http://www.theleonardo.org/about_the_leonardo/what_is_the_leonardo/)

My eyes popped, jaw dropped, blood rushed, and heart soared! I went there for a social event associated with RootsTech 2013, a genealogy conference. I was looking forward to yummy appetizers, a little jazzy music, and paintings or sculptures that make my head tilt from side to side. :D  Instead I found all of this!

Take a moment to call (801) 462-2222 and listen to a brief description of the Hylozoic Veil.  It is an astounding installation- a must-see and experience!  Enjoy!

My first animation!  Watch below.
